Because store stays busy throughout the year as a result experienced manager will be able to handle the pressure and knows what to do when things are not going their ways. He has to deal with lots of employees and managers while he is working in the store. He has to assign tasks to every single person in the store. He has to make training plans for the store managers and also job related training for the employees in the store. Organizational skills allow the managers to determine the supplies they need, how to manage and arrange the files. Organization skills can help you to plan and organise your time so that you can meet the deadlines of a project.
